About the Role
As a Reception Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton London Tower of London, you will oversee day-to-day guest services operations and deliver memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of all guest services functions, including bell services, luggage storage, package delivery, valet, parking, and related systems to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Track guest satisfaction, address service issues, and guide the team to implement improvements that enhance the guest experience
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and special projects to support operational effectiveness
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
