Ruby Zoe is seeking a vibrant individual to join their team, contributing to a unique hospitality experience inspired by island life and Caribbean culture. This role involves actively participating in service, ensuring high standards, training new team members, and enhancing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Actively work in the service, taking the lead as shift supervisor, ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether behind the bar, in service, or at the front office.
  • Make sure all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met – always with an eye for detail.
  • Take charge of training, coaching, and onboarding new team members.
  • Handle communication and ensure that all information flows smoothly within the team.
  • Take guest feedback seriously and ensure a quick and efficient resolution.
  • Share insider tips for the best hotspots in the city with guests.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position, ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry.
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in shifts.
  • Reliability, multitasking, and willingness to learn.
  • Confident demeanor, joy in work, and a sense of humor.
  • Enjoyment of working with international, demanding guests and handling their needs with a smart approach.
  • Fluent English speaking skills.
