About the Role

This is a new business role focused on converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term client relationships. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand how our payment solutions can solve real business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly within agreed SLAs to inbound enquiries across all relevant channels
  • Apply a consultative approach to understand the needs and goals of each prospect
  • Identify key challenges for merchants and partners, then match the right products and services to address them
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms
  • Consistently deliver against agreed KPIs, with a view to continuous growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Represent Trust Payments at trade events where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an inbound, customer-facing environment
  • Ideally within payments, with exposure to online and in-person payment solutions
  • Outcomes-oriented, with a track record of delivering against targets and a drive to keep improving
  • A natural problem-solver who can quickly map products and services to a client's specific needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask the right questions to fully understand client requirements
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous development
  • A professional and collaborative approach in all internal and external interactions
