Responsibilities
- Support store management in daily operations and take on individual tasks as needed.
- Assist with staff scheduling and the onboarding of new employees.
- Take responsibility for daily operations, actively support the team in sales, at the checkout, and in the warehouse, ensuring smooth processes.
- Ensure product availability, maintain attractive product presentation, and implement sales promotions.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or a comparable customer service role.
- Passion for fashion and decorative items, enabling quick expertise in our product range.
- Time flexibility, willingness to work rotating shifts, and support new store openings in neighboring branches.
- Willingness to complete a multi-week training period in one of our German stores.
- Good German language skills.
