About the Role
An Associate Director is sought to join Savills' Operational Capital Markets Hotels team, specializing in UK hotel leased investment transactions. This role involves advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and strategic positioning of hotel assets across various operating structures. It is a commercial, transaction-focused position with opportunities to lead complex deals and collaborate with internal teams. The successful candidate will originate business, build client relationships, and oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and investor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Advise hotel owners, operators, institutional investors, private equity firms, and international capital partners on the acquisition, disposal, and strategic positioning of hotel assets.
- Lead complex single-asset and portfolio transactions across the UK hotel sector.
- Provide expert transactional and strategic advice supported by financial analysis and market insight.
- Originate new business opportunities.
- Develop long-term client relationships.
- Execute high-profile investment mandates.
- Oversee financial modeling, investment appraisals, due diligence, and investor engagement strategies.
- Advise a broad range of institutional, private equity, and owner clients.
- Support the development of junior team members.
- Contribute to market research, thought leadership, and wider business planning initiatives.
