An opportunity exists for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Director to establish and grow Savills' Hotel Operator Selection and Advisory offering across the UK. This role involves advising clients on operator procurement, brand strategy, management agreement negotiations, and asset positioning to maximize value across the hotel lifecycle.
