As a Decathlon Graduate Trainee, you will be at the heart of our dynamic team, bringing energy and enthusiasm to ignite a love for sports through every customer interaction. Responsibilities
- Learn Decathlon's values, culture, and overall strategy.
- Engage with customers on the shop floor to ensure customer excellence.
- Manage operational standards including deliveries, stock management, and layout optimisation.
- Act as Duty Manager, responsible for safety, security, and managing store flow.
- Make real-time decisions to optimize store performance.
- Learn to recruit, onboard, and motivate team members.
- Gain an introduction to P&L management, economic analysis, and sales drivers.
- Manage your department's P&L, analyze economic performance, and drive sales growth.
- Develop long-term strategic plans for your department.
- Recruit and develop teammates into future leaders.
- Optimize sales floor layout to create an immersive shopping experience.
- Balance human management with commercial results.
