About the Role
As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in representing Nestlé brands in-store, gaining hands-on experience and growing with a global leader in Nutrition, Health and Wellness.
Responsibilities
- Represent Nestlé across the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & Independents)
- Build displays, secure space, and drive in-store execution
- Partner with Store Managers to influence and deliver commercial outcomes
- Follow a weekly plan with opportunities for extra hours during peak periods
- Take ownership of daily tasks with support from the Territory Sales Manager
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
- Comfortable with a hands-on approach, including lifting, moving, and building displays
- Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights
- Ability to work independently on the road
- Organised, safety-focused, and motivated to deliver strong results
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to undergo pre-employment checks, including health checks
