About the Role
Tétris is Europe's leading fit-out company with a clear design & build approach. We support international retailers, hotel operators, and global industrial and logistics players in design & build and interior fit-out. Tétris is experiencing strong growth and achieved approximately $700 million in revenue with over 800 employees (as of the end of 2018). Tétris is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the world's leading real estate service provider JLL. With an innovative approach, Tétris continues to grow, and we are looking for you as soon as possible in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, or Munich as a Tétris - Project Estimator (m/f/d) Interior Fit-Out (maternity cover).
Responsibilities
- Independent calculation of fit-out trades, overarching offers, and supplements
- Determination of cost estimates, costs, and quantities, as well as creation of specifications
- Evaluation of offers and conducting technical discussions with suppliers and subcontractors
- Support of offer presentations and contract negotiations, together with project management
Requirements
- High problem-solving competence and entrepreneurial thinking with team and communication skills
- Strong performance orientation
- 3 years of professional experience in new build or renovation projects
- Very good organizational skills, a high degree of initiative, decisiveness, and quality awareness, as well as clear and binding statements

- Good German and English language skills
