About the Role
Alfa is looking to recruit a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their team, supporting client implementations of Alfa Systems and contributing to specific areas of client projects.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a larger team supporting a client implementation of Alfa Systems.
- Contribute to specific areas of the client project such as business analysis, application support, data conversion, and training.
- Perform business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation of user stories, and process mapping.
- Configure Alfa Systems to support customer requirements and business processes.
- Support accounting and finance workshops.
- Perform application support, including defect investigation, triage, and QA.
- Assist clients with ensuring test coverage and requirements traceability.
- Participate in data mapping workshops, transform and load development, and data reconciliation.
- Execute data conversion during go-live events and dress rehearsals.
- Develop Alfa Systems training materials and deliver training.
- Take ownership of assigned areas and potentially supervise junior consultants.
- Work closely with the client and implementation team to ensure project success.
- Provide input into workstream and project planning.
- Proactively identify risks and issues that might impact delivery timelines.
- Continue learning about Alfa Systems and supported industries, sharing knowledge.
- Report on progress, work within timelines, and monitor budget for areas of responsibility.
- Develop exceptional relationships with customer and Alfa teams through tact and diplomacy.
Requirements
- Prior Business Analysis and/or Consultancy experience.
- Knowledge or experience of software development life cycles (SDLC) and enterprise software implementation.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working on an Alfa implementation (preferred).
- Experience in the auto finance/equipment finance field (preferred).
