About the Role
Ensure the quality, functionality, and readiness of electronic devices like smartphones, tablets, and consoles through hands-on testing, quality control, and software updates. This position reports directly to the Electronics Verification Service (EVS) Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical testing on smartphones, tablets, and consoles using pre-established processes.
- Evaluate device condition, functionality, and performance, reporting results accurately.
- Update devices and restore them to factory settings, ensuring compliance with data privacy guidelines.
- Assist the team on improving process flows.
- Assist with creating strategic documentation and process flows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience testing, repairing or refurbishing electronic devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, or network equipment) or similar experience.
- Knowledge of basic electronic components and systems.
- Detail-oriented, with a quality-focused mindset.
- Proactive and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willing to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.
