About the Role

This role focuses on maintaining, configuring, and extending operational systems like ZohoCRM, Desk, Books, and Sign. You will develop automations, business logic, and LLM-powered solutions, design data exchange between systems, debug integrations, and support internal stakeholders by translating process requirements into functional solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to frontend/UI aspects within the CRM interface.

Responsibilities

Maintain, configure, and extend operational systems (ZohoCRM, Desk, Books, Sign, and adjacent tools)
Develop automations and business logic using Deluge, Python, and JavaScript (workflows, functions, client scripts, scheduled jobs)
Develop and improve LLM-powered solutions, including building AI agents and automations based on Large Language Models
Develop and test prompts, maintain underlying knowledge bases and training data, and systematically measure result improvements
Design and implement data exchange between systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
Debug integrations and resolve data quality issues by reading logs, tracing API calls, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes
Support internal stakeholders by translating process requirements into functional, maintainable solutions
Document solutions for clarity and maintainability
Contribute to frontend/UI topics within the CRM interface

Requirements

Completed or near-completion degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a technical field, or equivalent
Interest in AI and LLM topics and practical application
Solid foundation in at least one scripting language (e.g., JavaScript or Python)
Understanding of how REST APIs work (HTTP methods, status codes, JSON, authentication)
Basic knowledge of relational data models and business data structures
Structured, analytical approach with attention to detail
High willingness to learn, curiosity, and agility in the face of change
Good communication skills and openness to ask questions early
German language skills at B2 level minimum
Experience with Zoho products (CRM, Desk, Books, Creator, Flow) is a plus
Experience with low-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) is a plus
Experience with Git is a plus
Experience with SQL is a plus
Experience with SSO concepts is a plus
