About the Role
We’re hiring senior full-stack engineers (backend-heavy) to own product surfaces end-to-end, including architecture, delivery, and operational excellence. You’ll work with product from conception through to production and iterate based on real usage, impacting thousands of firms.
Responsibilities
- Own product surfaces end-to-end: architecture, delivery, and operational excellence.
- Work with product from initial concept through to running in production.
- Iterate on product surfaces based on real usage.
- Own the production health, observability, performance, and incident response for your owned surface.
- Build robust systems to reduce the need for urgent interventions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Evidence of owning a system from design to production and operating it.
- High agency: biased toward action, owning outcomes, not tasks.
- Ability to decompose hard problems and reason in trade-offs, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience using AI tooling to ship faster.
- Right to work in Australia (visa sponsorship not offered).
