About the Role
Lead facilities operations, asset management, and maintenance strategies to ensure campuses remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. Partner with campus leaders and regional stakeholders to protect and enhance learning environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead facilities operations across a multi-site campus portfolio.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs.
- Manage contractor and service provider performance.
- Support asset lifecycle planning and capital renewal priorities.
- Ensure facilities compliance, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
- Monitor facilities budgets and maintenance expenditure.
- Drive continuous improvement across facilities and asset management practices.
- Partner with campus leaders to deliver safe, effective, and well-maintained learning environments.
- Uphold and model OneSchool Global's values and ethos.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities, property, or asset management, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong contractor, compliance, and service delivery management experience.
- Sound financial and budget management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver practical outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
