About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract execution. This role is for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working with diverse clients and stakeholders in a dynamic, highly regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver engaging sales presentations.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through contract signing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-service support.
- Forecast sales activity and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and client events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, account management, business development, or client services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional customer service mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's licence and passport preferred.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
