About the Role
CORPAY is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to join its global regulatory team, focusing on the Cross-Border business. This role supports payment and FX derivatives operations, with a key focus on regulatory strategy for the global cross-border business. You will collaborate with stakeholders on financial services license applications, process documentation, and regulator engagement, reporting to the Director of Regulatory Affairs to support global license expansion.
Responsibilities
- Support the regulatory licensing team across payments, electronic money, financial derivatives, and banking expansion initiatives globally.
- Draft and develop policy documents and compliance frameworks for financial services license applications.
- Analyze financial services legislation and regulatory guidance across jurisdictions for applicability to current products.
- Engage with global business stakeholders and project management for timely project completion.
- Contribute to regulatory projects, including new license applications.
- Provide general support to the global Regulatory team on ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, financial services, or legal support within a financial institution.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interest in developing expertise in financial regulation and compliance.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with other stakeholders.
Skills
- FX derivative products and reporting regimes exposure is an advantage.
- Payments or foreign exchange experience is an advantage.
