About the Role
The International RFP team is responsible for completing RFPs, Due Diligence Questionnaires, and other questionnaires for investment consultants, prospects, and clients within the new business process and client support for the EMEA and APAC regions. This role requires a candidate with over two years of Asset Management RFP experience, strong motivation, initiative, and exceptional time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will liaise with multiple departments to coordinate and project manage requests, developing a thorough knowledge of the company's products, strategies, structure, and unique selling points.
Responsibilities
- Follow established RFP processes to complete high-caliber standard and non-standard RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires, and potentially DDQs.
- Add value to the RFP process by understanding regional/local client/prospect investment and regulatory requirements and completing tasks within the stated timeframe.
- Create robust audit trails for reviewed content by Subject Matter Experts and critically review standard content for optimum quality.
- Work on multiple deadlines concurrently.
- Maintain and analyze metrics.
- Maintain the Qvidian database for the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring quality and timely content updates.
- Maintain Consultant Databases as required.
- Manage the process for business unit invoices.
- Assist the RFP Manager and wider team with general ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
- Over two years of Asset Management RFP experience.
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate initiative.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Desire to develop a career within Asset Management.
- Exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to liaise closely with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, strategies, structure and unique selling points.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and for the duration of employment.
