About the Role
The Work Health and Safety Trainee participates in a structured traineeship program to develop practical work health and safety knowledge, skills and experience through formal training and supervised workplace learning while supporting routine administrative and operational activities within Fleet Management.
Responsibilities
- Support routine administrative and operational activities within Fleet Management.
Requirements
- Completed Year 12 or hold the Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
- Must comply with the responsibilities relating to the Trainee Training Contract between FRNSW, NSW State Training, the RTO, the Apprenticeship Centre and the individual.
- Must complete structured training, work full-time and attain Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
- Foundational written, verbal and digital communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records and escalate matters appropriately.
- Ability to use common workplace technology or develop this capability.
- Ability to organise assigned work and respond to routine requests within agreed timeframes.
