About the Role
In Digital Assurance, you’ll deepen your expertise across technology-enabled assurance, risk, controls and regulatory work while working with clients that help underpin the integrity of the Australian economy. You’ll be part of a team that values high-quality work, strong relationships and a sustainable rhythm between work and life.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and Deloitte teams to understand business priorities, technology environments and key risks, then shape assurance approaches that help protect customers, brands and community trust.
- Help clients strengthen their IT governance, risk and control environments as they navigate cloud, agile delivery, robotics, ERP transformation and emerging technologies.
- Lead audits and controls assurance work over clients’ systems, data and cybersecurity controls, helping assess whether digital practices and control activities are well designed and operating effectively.
- Shape engagement plans, oversee fieldwork teams, evaluate control design and guide testing across IT processes and systems.
- Help clients and teams consider how new tools, automation and data-driven approaches are changing the way controls are designed, tested and assured.
Requirements
- At least 6 years’ experience in technology, risk, audit, assurance or a related field within professional services or a corporate ASX 200 environment.
- Strong knowledge of audit, assurance, risk, controls or technology environments, with experience leading engagements, teams or workstreams.
- Experience across broader assurance, regulatory, prudential or controls-related work, including standards, frameworks or reporting requirements that support trusted business outcomes.
- High-performing professional ready for your next challenge.
- Delivers quality work at pace, with sharp attention to detail, an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
