About the Role

Join our BACOM Web Insights team in Austin (hybrid) as Sr Web Analytics & Insights Manager. Using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), ContentSquare, and Adobe CoWorker, you will convert raw behavioral data into insights for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and quarterly reporting. This role provides an opportunity to engage where data informs decisions!

Responsibilities

  • Own the narrative, not just the numbers. Build advanced analytical models and full-funnel analyses.
  • Build reporting that gets used. Develop and maintain CJA and ContentSquare dashboards.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Work directly with web PMs, marketing, and leadership to scope analytics needs and deliver solutions.
  • Act as the guardian of the data. Preserve accuracy and integrity across the full funnel — from acquisition through conversion — following governance standards.
  • Bring the story forward. Present findings with a clear point of view: what changed, why it matters, and what we should do next.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field — or 7+ years of experience that is equivalent to a degree in practice.
  • Practical experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or ContentSquare.
  • Proven track record in advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting, with the ability to turn complex data into a clear, decision-ready story.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
