About the Role
This role involves the accurate preparation, processing, and scanning of patient records into an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of clinical information. The position requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and actioning requests in line with privacy legislation and organizational policies.

Requirements
- Previous experience in medical records, HIS clerical work, or a healthcare setting is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy and confidence with digital systems.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have an Australian visa that grants the necessary work rights.
