About the Role
Endeavor's People and Transformation team is seeking a detail-oriented, people-first graduate intern with a passion for HR to own high-visibility projects that strengthen the People team's operations. This role involves actively building, refining, and modernizing HR tools and processes across the employee lifecycle, including revamping HR toolkits for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, and working with the HR recruitment platform. The internship offers significant responsibility and visibility within a mission-driven organization, ideal for someone passionate about people operations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current HR processes, particularly hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Redesign key aspects of the hiring process, including manager guidance, interview practices, and tools, to attract and select talent effectively.
- Improve existing HR playbooks, tools, and systems, and explore technology integrations to simplify workflows and enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Graduate student with significant prior HR/People experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth organization.
- Experience building and scaling HR processes, playbooks, systems, or tools.
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, particularly hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Comfort with HR technology and AI-enabled workflows; experience with HR/recruiting platforms is a plus.
- Strong judgment and communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, practical solutions.
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently across teams, seniority levels, and cultures.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for the 2027 year.
