About the Role

Endeavor's San Francisco Hub aims to connect global entrepreneurs to opportunities in the Bay Area and vice versa. This role involves designing and implementing a Network Operating System to manage relationships within the hub's network, with the potential to become a global standard.

Responsibilities

• Design or review the Hub's Network Data Model, defining core objects and relationships within a Salesforce-native model.
• Build a structured, segmented map of the hub's network, assigning clear coverage and ownership.
• Develop a matching layer to recommend Bay Area contacts for entrepreneurs based on specific criteria.
• Document the model as a playbook for adoption by other Endeavor hubs globally.
• Define and report on network health metrics, including coverage, depth, activation, and reciprocity.

Requirements

• Graduate student, ideally a rising second-year MBA.
• Candidates in adjacent graduate programs (data science, public policy, information systems) with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred background in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing or working inside a CRM or relationship database; Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
• Comfort with data modeling to represent real-world processes.
• Working fluency with spreadsheets at an advanced level.
• Comfort with light scripting or no-code automation (Apps Script, SQL, Python or similar).
• Ability to run structured stakeholder interviews and translate insights into design decisions.
• Genuine interest in venture capital, startup ecosystems, and network value creation.
• Strong written and organizational skills.
• Care for data hygiene and governance.
• Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for the 2027 year.
