About the Role
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Endeavor's global internal communications strategy. You will work directly with the Internal Communications Senior Manager, developing and executing initiatives to engage nearly 500 colleagues across 45+ markets. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communications, storytelling, and organizational culture, seeking hands-on experience and visibility within a mission-driven global organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategy and execution of worldwide staff communications.
- Contribute fresh ideas for formats, channels, and approaches to enhance internal communications.
- Participate in existing internal communications projects, assisting with planning, drafting, and execution.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to gather feedback and refine communications materials.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student.
- Preferred background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to tone and audience.
- Curiosity about organizational culture and connecting distributed teams.
- Comfortable presenting new ideas.
- Proficient with digital tools and communication platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback.
- Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for the 2027 year.
