About the Role

The Entrepreneur Selection team oversees Endeavor’s worldwide pipeline strategy and evaluates candidate entrepreneurs at the final stages of the selection journey. As a Summer Analyst, you will support your direct manager on analyzing scale-up companies progressing through the candidate pipeline and prepare an in-depth written profile on at least one candidate. You will also work on strategic and operational projects, building an understanding of Endeavor’s markets and collaborating in the execution of monthly International Selection Panels (ISPs).

Responsibilities

Build a high-quality, polished business profile for at least one candidate at the International Selection Panel (ISP) stage.
Conduct business model and industry research, and meet with founders to understand their company.
Work with your direct manager on strategic initiatives spanning team operations, global pipeline, and worldwide selection excellence.
Support the execution of monthly ISPs by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Build relationships with Endeavor’s worldwide teams while diligencing candidate businesses.

Requirements

Must be an undergraduate student attending an institution of higher education.
Must be a rising university senior academic level (graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028).
Must possess a learning and collaborative mindset and be proactive in seeking guidance.
Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and support teammates.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and possess valid U.S. work authorization for 2027.
Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, emerging markets, and/or venture capital.
Prior relevant internship/extra-curricular experience in a high-performance environment is a plus.
Proficient data analysis skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Replit, Gemini) is a plus.
