About the Role
The Global Partnerships Intern will lead an independent, research-driven project focused on identifying, analyzing, and mapping potential strategic partners for Endeavor Global. This role supports Endeavor’s broader strategy of ecosystem development and long-term partnership growth, working directly with the Global Partnerships team and collaborating with local offices and cross-functional teams. The intern will shape partnership offerings strategy and deliver live proposals and reusable materials.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Endeavor's current portfolio of partnership offerings and recommend how to structure, position, and present them.
- Draft tailored partnership proposals (decks and documents) for real prospects.
- Engage with Endeavor Global teams and local offices to collect insights and validate partner value.
- Explore how Endeavor's in-kind partnerships deliver value to entrepreneurs and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Must be an Undergraduate Junior or Senior, or a Graduate student.
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, global development, or partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize research and develop insights.
- Proficiency in building professional presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning across cultures.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. with valid U.S. work authorization for the 2027 year.
