About the Role
This internship is with the Capital Team within Endeavor Catalyst, focusing on supporting entrepreneurs in their capital raising journey, managing the Investor Network, leading a Paths to Liquidity Program, and co-investing in Endeavor companies globally. The role involves direct support to entrepreneurs, connecting them with mentors, mapping investors, and curating outreach strategies. Interns will also contribute to projects that improve team workflows and gain exposure to the Endeavor Catalyst investment process.
Responsibilities
- Grasp global VC by identifying potential investment funds and managing relationships with over 300 funds.
- Support founders by profiling investors, assisting with fundraising strategies, and facilitating introductions.
- Support the Endeavor Catalyst investment process, including pipeline management and drafting investment memos.
- Create case studies showcasing the impact of capital support to help recruit future entrepreneurs.
- Contribute to strategic projects related to Endeavor Catalyst's portfolio and Paths to Liquidity program planning.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Junior status.
- Preferred background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Studies, Sociology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Venture Capital.
- Ability to understand and communicate venture capital and financial concepts.
- Strong written and organizational skills, with the ability to edit and structure content clearly.
- Interest in entrepreneurship or the startup ecosystem.
- Comfort working with digital tools and learning platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for the 2027 year.
