About the Role
As part of a geographically dispersed team, you will support in the provision of property portfolio management, promoting and implementing best practice across a mix of owned properties and leased premises for our Commonwealth Clients. A Property Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of properties, handling various aspects including inspections, compliance, asset management, financial responsibilities, and client relationships, while collaborating with a broader team to deliver comprehensive real estate management services for Commonwealth clients.
Responsibilities
- Support in the delivery of Real Estate Management services and functions to the client property portfolio
- Manage a defined portfolio of sites including Property On’s and Off’s, Property Inspections, Finance and budgets, Building/Statutory Compliance, Asset Management, Critical Dates Management, and Rent Roll Management
- Assistance and support with the development of client Property Management Plans
- Key Relationship Management
- Management of escalations and complaints
- Monthly/Annual reporting requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in property related role
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances
