About the Role
Tomlinson's Feed is seeking a passionate individual to join their family-owned, friendly, and fur-filled pet store. This role focuses on providing world-class customer service, promoting healthy pet nutrition, and maintaining store appearance and operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a constant presence on the sales floor, actively selling core products and achieving sales goals.
- Build rapport with guests and ensure customer service exceeds expectations.
- Unload shipments, rotate stock, and maintain an inspection-ready store.
- Support company and store leadership initiatives.
- Uphold the company's reputation, culture, and vision through high levels of service and pet-focused selling.
- Ensure the store is aesthetically compliant with Tomlinson's Brand Standards.
- Maintain a well-lit, well-stocked, clean, and clutter-free store environment.
- Communicate effectively with store leadership regarding operations and needs.
- Attend all required store meetings and trainings.
- Assist with deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be on feet for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Possess a clean driving record.
- Must have a smartphone with the ability to use a delivery app for navigation.
