You are at the beginning of your recruiting career or already have initial experience.
You have ideally had initial contact with recruiting, e.g., through an internship, working student position, or a first permanent position.
You are interested in innovative talent acquisition methods and are eager to learn new tools and processes or contribute existing knowledge.
You communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally, both in conversations with candidates and in exchanges with colleagues and managers.
You work in a structured manner and can keep track of multiple open roles.
You have a proactive, solution-oriented approach and are comfortable in a dynamic environment.
You ideally have initial experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or comparable tools, or are willing to learn quickly.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
English language skills are an advantage.
