About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in an innovative and customer-oriented company.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls (inbound) and resolve them.
- Serve as the first point of contact for business customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Receive customer calls and forward them to the appropriate contact person, handling all questions regarding contracts and services.
- Maintain and update customer data to ensure all relevant information is current.
- Process and manage customer contracts, including qualification.
- Collaborate with internal departments to clarify contract details.
Requirements
- Ideally, a successfully completed vocational training and experience in telephone customer service.
- Previous professional experience in service or customer contact.
- KYC/Underwriting background is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in using PCs and software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
- Ability to convey complex technical information understandably.
- Ability to show empathy and find customer-friendly solutions.
