About the Role
As an Onboarding Agent, you will bridge the gap between technology, logistics, and customer experience, contributing to the future of cashless payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute installations, including planning, monitoring, and controlling the entire process from preparation to successful commissioning.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, ensuring smooth operation of systems.
- Manage material logistics, ensuring timely provision, configuration, and dispatch of necessary devices and systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Tech, Support) to ensure efficient and customer-oriented installations.
- Document installation processes, perform quality checks on completed projects, and handle follow-up inquiries.
Requirements
- Possess good technical understanding and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- Have very good communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate forward-thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner while being a team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Speak fluent German and have basic English skills.
- Experience with hardware installations, IT systems, or technical products is ideal.
- Knowledge of languages such as Turkish, Arabic, Vietnamese, or others is a plus.
