About the Role
We are looking for motivated Pre-Sales Agents / Bookers (m/f/d) for our inside sales team in Berlin. Get started, earn big, and actively shape the German market! You will identify new customers, call them, convince them of Flatpay, and arrange appointments for our field sales managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation through Google Maps research of companies and contacts nationwide.
- Cold calling and generating interest in our solutions.
- Lead qualification and assessment of company fit.
- Appointment setting and coordination for field sales.
- Focus on convincing prospects about Flatpay and preparing for sales appointments, not on closing deals over the phone.
Requirements
- No specific prior knowledge required; career changers are welcome.
- German language skills are required; English is desirable; other languages are a plus.
- Experience in call centers, lead generation, sales development, hospitality, or gastronomy is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High self-motivation, discipline, and perseverance.
- Organizational talent and ability to maintain an overview during stressful phases.
- Ambition and a desire for personal development.
- Persuasiveness and a structured, goal-oriented work approach.
- Ability to bring fun and positive energy to the team.

- €2,500 guaranteed monthly salary plus uncapped commission.
