About the Role
We are looking for motivated Sales Assistants for our inside sales team in Berlin. Identify new customers, call them, convince them of Flatpay, and schedule appointments for our field sales managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation through Google Maps research of companies and contacts nationwide.
- Cold calling and generating interest in our solutions.
- Lead qualification and assessment of company fit.
- Appointment setting and coordination for field sales.
- Focus on convincing prospects about Flatpay and preparing for sales appointments, not closing deals over the phone.
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience or a completed apprenticeship or Fachhochschulreife (Fachabitur).
- Motivation, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset are more important than CV details.
- German language skills required; English is desirable; other languages are a plus.
- Experience in call centers, lead generation, sales development, hospitality, or gastronomy is a plus but not required; career changers are welcome.
- High self-motivation, discipline, and perseverance.
- Confident handling of targets and KPI-oriented work.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.

Salary/Compensations
- Guaranteed salary of €2,500 per month, plus uncapped commission.
