Experienced recruiter looking for an exciting project to fully engage in.
High motivation, strong communication skills, and a desire to actively contribute to company success are essential.
Extensive experience in recruiting, ideally within a recruitment agency or in-house at a scale-up.
Experience in high-volume recruiting or filling sales positions is a significant plus.
Interest in innovative talent acquisition methods and willingness to learn new tools and processes while contributing existing knowledge.
Clear, empathetic, and professional communication with candidates, colleagues, and management.
Structured work approach with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Proactive, solution-oriented work style comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Relevant experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar tools (CRM).
Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage.
