Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize professional presentations and strategic decks for internal and external use.
- Support project managers in preparing, coordinating, and tracking cross-functional commercial projects.
- Prepare and present data, analyses, and reports in an understandable manner, deriving clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Research market, competitor, and customer information, summarizing key findings.
- Monitor deadlines, to-dos, and timelines to ensure smooth team operations.
- Undertake recurring tasks within the Commercial Team, assist in improving processes and playbooks, and contribute own ideas.
- Learn directly from Commercial leadership and participate in strategic discussions shaping the next phase of growth in Germany.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student, preferably in Business Administration, but open to other fields with genuine interest in commercial, data, and strategy topics.
- Proficiency in creating presentations (e.g., using PowerPoint or Google Slides) with a good sense for structure, design, and storytelling.
- Competence in Excel for maintaining lists, comparing figures, and preparing data cleanly.
- Structured work approach with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Friendly, clear, and professional communication in German; English skills are a plus.
- Independent, reliable, and entrepreneurial mindset – contributing own ideas, thinking solution-oriented, and being creative.
