About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective customers via phone, identify their needs, and introduce them to Flatpay. You will manage conversations from initial interest to qualified next steps, utilizing strong questioning, listening, and objection-handling skills to build trust and advance deals.
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective customers by phone.
- Understand customer needs through effective discovery.
- Explain Flatpay's products clearly and confidently.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Manage follow-up and maintain accurate records.
- Work towards activity, quality, and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Comfortable working five days per week from the office.

- Confidence in a phone-based sales environment.
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills.
- Good questioning and listening ability.
- Motivation to work towards targets and earning potential.

Salary/Compensations
- Commission only. £2,120 guaranteed minimum commission per month.
