About the Role
Flatpay is seeking individuals to verify new merchant deals, ensuring accurate onboarding and a positive customer experience. This role involves focused, deep-work administration that rewards pattern recognition and handling high volumes of deals daily.
Responsibilities
- Review 20-50 merchant onboarding cases daily.
- Cross-check details across CRM, signed contracts, and external registries.
- Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or discrepancies.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and audit-ready records.
- Identify and surface recurring issues to improve upstream processes.
- Meet daily volume targets while maintaining accuracy.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Possess the right to work in the US.
- Able to work from the New York office 5 days a week.
