About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help build the operating model for structured products on-chain. This role involves owning the operating model end-to-end, from product origination to servicing, and working closely with various internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the target operating model, defining how structured products are originated, issued, settled, and serviced on-chain.
- Serve as the central point of contact for complex product deals, facilitating the full lifecycle through to final technical deployment.
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on complex deal timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Design products by understanding demand and appropriate payoffs in collaboration with issuers and partners.
- Translate intricate financial requirements into clear technical specifications for infrastructure optimization.
Requirements
- Experience working on or around structured products, including manufacturing, distribution, and servicing.
- Significant experience in strategy, structuring, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services or a technology-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including pre-trade execution, settlement, post-trade lifecycle management, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and under pressure.
- High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability.
- A strong desire to build, improve, and scale systems.
- Motivation to be part of an ambitious business with a high pace and real expectations.
