About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to develop our on-chain infrastructure and bring Vaults to market. This role involves owning the operating model end-to-end for on-chain asset management, from structuring and regulation to onboarding and the full asset lifecycle. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams, as well as external partners.
Responsibilities
- Define how vaults are structured, issued, funded, allocated, and serviced on-chain.
- Own how deposits, redemptions, and liquidity buffers work with illiquid alternative assets.
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams on complex launch timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Work with Compliance and Product Operations on custody, KYC, permissioning, and jurisdiction to ensure vaults fit within the regulatory framework.
Requirements
- Deep understanding and interest in DeFi markets, knowledgeable on key trends and players.
- Significant experience in strategy, funds, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services or a technology-driven environment.
- Understand how a vault works end-to-end, including access, funding, allocation, pricing, and payout.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure.
- High levels of drive, ownership, and accountability.
- Strong desire to build, improve, and scale systems rather than simply run them.
- Motivation to be part of an ambitious business with high pace and real expectations.
