About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Coordinator in Sydney, NSW, to organize and coordinate various production aspects. This role involves working with the Production Supervisor and Lead Technicians to resolve bottlenecks, manage material priorities, maintain documentation, and communicate with stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate the physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, and production work centers.
Ensure parts are handled and protected properly according to Anduril specifications.
Collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, warehouse, and production teams to maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP data.
Assist in resolving incorrect system data that leads to inaccurate reports.
Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs and constraints.
Communicate blockers and assist in root cause analysis for part shortages.
Support the logistics process through innovative staging of workflow.
Support management of material certifications and prevent the use of uncertified or MRB materials.
Work with production supervisors and managers to ensure all metrics-driven action requirements are completed.
Support production and inventory personnel with 'return to stock' and inventory purge actions.

Requirements

4+ years of experience handling parts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
2+ years as a production coordinator or warehouse associate using digital planning systems.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent systems) or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.
Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
Excited by working in a fast-paced environment.
