About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be an essential part of our passionate brigade, working in a dynamic and inspiring kitchen environment where creativity meets control, and where high standards are simply how we do things. Your section is your responsibility, your team is your pride, and the next plate is always your priority.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of your section – keeping it sharp, organised, and consistently excellent.
- Preparing and cooking every dish to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and timing.
- Maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Managing mise en place with care, ensuring your section is ready before service kicks off.
- Tasting, adjusting, and presenting each dish with pride and precision.
Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience working as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a high-quality hospitality environment.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent culinary qualification.
- A good understanding of classic dishes and cooking techniques.
- A good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety requirements and the importance of maintaining high standards at all times.
- A good understanding of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and follow instructions clearly.
- Someone who takes pride in their work, supports their colleagues and thrives as part of a busy kitchen team.
