About the Role
Lead a team that creates memorable dining experiences, ensuring exceptional service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining smooth operations. You will be the person in charge of the guest journey during their time in F&B outlets.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items, identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting.
- Maintain the highest standards of service and quality, leading by example.
- Liaise with team members and the kitchen to ensure swift and efficient food and drink service.
- Encourage team commitment and spirit, motivate team members, and ensure adequate briefings.
- Demonstrate the highest guest focus and ensure individual guest requirements are understood and met.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve standards and procedures for service excellence.
