About the Role
We are seeking mechanical design engineers to contribute to and own aspects of wafer-scale assembly, focusing on the interactions between power delivery systems, mechanical chassis, and heatsinks.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to wafer-scale assembly.
- Own aspects of wafer-scale assembly.
- Manage interactions between power delivery systems, mechanical chassis, and heatsinks.
Requirements
- Proven ability to solve complex mechanical engineering problems with innovative solutions.
- Experience with high power density compute trays, chassis, and/or racks.
- Experience working with multi-material assemblies with mismatched CTEs.
