About the Role
As a Night Guest Service Team Member, you are the first friendly face guests see, welcoming them, checking them in smoothly, and making them feel at home. You will recommend local spots, help guests discover hidden gems, and ensure they have a restful night's sleep. Every shift is unique, offering new guests, stories, and chances to make stays special. You are part of the memories guests take with them.
Responsibilities
- Make guests feel comfortable, cared for, and safe.
- Handle late check-ins, guest requests, and unexpected night-time moments with calm and professionalism.
- Share local tips and hotel know-how to make each stay extra special.
- Support across departments when needed, including light cleaning, preparing simple food & drink, or liaising with housekeeping.
- Ensure guests enjoy a safe and restful night.
Requirements
