About the Role
As a Senior Consultant Digital Corporate Communications, you will lead your own mandates with a focus on Digital Thought Leadership, CEO Positioning, and LinkedIn, actively contributing to the growth of our Digital Corporate Communication division. We are seeking an experienced individual with a drive for innovation and a keen sense for communication at the intersection of politics, business, and society.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting projects in corporate and association communications, digital political communication, public affairs, and for NGOs.
- Develop digital positioning from topic and debate analysis to narrative and individual contributions, focusing on Digital Thought Leadership, CEO Positioning, and LinkedIn, including editorial work and quality assurance.
- Conceptualize strategies and campaigns, including for digital political communication, from idea to a viable communication concept.
- Manage and integrate strategy, data, media, design, editorial, social media, community, and AI service areas into an integrated communication architecture.
- Provide strategic leadership and consulting, challenging assumptions and aligning client interests with development potential.
- Manage project, time, and resource planning, lead project teams, and oversee budget, cost, and process management, including offer and service description creation and negotiation.
- Independently prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and lectures, and develop existing clients while expanding new mandates.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in agency, consulting, or a comparable digital positioning and communication environment, with proven responsibility for own clients and mandates.
- Demonstrated success in the digital positioning of individuals and organizations, ideally with a focus on Digital Thought Leadership, CEO Positioning, and LinkedIn, combined with strong consulting skills and confidence in dealing with executives.
- Deep understanding of social media and social-first approaches, from channel strategy and format development to editorial implementation, as well as data-driven work and analysis methods.
- Confident project management in simultaneously managing multiple complex mandates, with reliable responsibility for timings, resources, and budgets, and the ability to ensure quality and results even under high pressure.
- Strong interest in actively following communication innovations, especially through AI, identifying relevant trends for digital communication early, and making them usable for one's own work and that of clients.
- High interest in politics, society, and democratic communication.
- Proactivity, resilience, and the ability to maintain structure and calm during periods of high complexity.
- Native-level German and very good English proficiency.
