About the Role
We are seeking a Purchasing Manager (m/f/d) in full-time to help shape and further develop our purchasing department. You will take responsibility for operational and strategic procurement and actively contribute to the optimization of our supply chains and purchasing processes.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the procurement of materials and components for series production and development projects.
- You actively participate in shaping and optimizing purchasing, inventory, and procurement processes.
- You maintain and develop material and supplier data in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- You conduct price, contract, and delivery time negotiations with national and international suppliers.
- You manage inventories, demands, and forecasts, considering minimum and safety stocks.
- You provide support for investment projects and the selection and integration of new suppliers.
- You work closely with production, development, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial or technical training or a comparable course of study.
- You ideally have initial experience in operational or strategic purchasing.
- You possess a basic technical understanding of electronic assemblies and mechanical components.
- You have knowledge of materials management, SCM processes, or ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- You work in a structured, analytical, and responsible manner.
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2).
