About the Role
Join a leading defense company specializing in high-quality thermal imaging devices. You will be responsible for the assembly, adjustment, and testing of complex assemblies for thermal imaging devices, significantly contributing to product quality.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and adjust micro-mechanical and optical assemblies according to technical drawings and work plans.
- Perform cleaning and handling processes on optical components in a cleanroom environment.
- Conduct bonding and manual soldering on precision assemblies.
- Inspect and control assemblies and individual components during goods receipt and final inspection.
- Support production preparation and manufacturing planning.
- Collaborate closely with adjacent departments such as development, quality assurance, and production.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a micro-technologist, precision optician, or comparable technical qualification.
- Ideally, experience in the production of micro-mechanical or optical systems.
- Work very carefully, structured, and quality-conscious.
- Team player, reliable, and responsible.
- High willingness to learn and technical affinity.
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1).
