About the Role
The role involves the operational processing of customer orders, ensuring a smooth workflow between sales, logistics, and customers. This position supports the sales team and is crucial for managing customer interactions and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone and in writing.
- Manage daily customer correspondence.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage goods inwards and outwards.
- Handle sales output and support administrative processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and production.
- Maintain relevant data in the ERP system and ensure data quality.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Kaufmann/-frau for Office Management, Wholesale and Foreign Trade, Industrial Clerk, or equivalent).
- Ideally, initial experience in order processing or customer service.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Structured, reliable, and meticulous work approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
