About the Role
As an operational team leader in production, you will be responsible for both hands-on production tasks and the professional leadership of a manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and quality-assured production process.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in production and coordinate daily manufacturing tasks.
- Lead and organize a team of up to 10 employees in the operational area.
- Provide professional guidance, onboarding, and training for team members.
- Ensure on-time, quality, and quantity-accurate production.
- Conduct shop floor meetings and ensure structured daily management.
- Support production planning as well as capacity and resource coordination.
- Be responsible for production equipment, testing devices, and manufacturing machines in the work area.
- Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and adjacent departments.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g., in electrical engineering, fine optics, microtechnology, or comparable.
- Several years of experience in electronics or assembly manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge of soldering technology, assembly, and quality inspection.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and work instructions.
- Previous or several years of experience in operational employee leadership.
- Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Team player with a strong sense of quality.
